Regional Sales Manager

Location: Abuja

The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct representation in market for East  Africa region to achieve multi fold growth. Enhance market reach, increase customer base, add new business segments, precise market projections, intelligence, trends, buying behaviour analysis, competition, support for technology / product improvement, real time base strategies as focus areas and facilitate budgeted OI, Sales and collection commitments.
Key Accountabilities: 
·         Develop new market, promote new products in existing market. Complete pre-qualification and homologation with the support from factory colleagues.
·         Identify compatible local partner in region with adequate financial and engineering resources and establish system house in 2 countries for MV panels and 33kV GCBs.
·         Identify order input opportunities, customer interactions, negotiations, strategic tie-ups to achieve order input as per target set from N&W Africa region.
·         Facilitate sales and collection of switchgear divisions by ensuring on time approvals, LC, FAT and dispatch clearance to meet monthly commitment.
·         Maintain budgeted MSR, EBIT and profitability in line with guidelines

Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Abuja

·         Build strong business consulting relationships within assigned accounts and ensure alignment of internal resources i.e. Support, Systems Engineering, and Professional Services, to ensure consistency in the planning and implementation of high value solutions.
·         Extensive experience in enterprise solution sales within IT, ideally computer networking and security, managed services or software
·         Exercise strong financial skills in the evaluation and preparation of sales opportunities and sufficient organizational and project management skills to manage customer needs and drives issues to resolution; the EAM must also effectively matrix-manage cross functional areas to deliver total solutions based on regional requirements.
·         Lead sales strategy sessions for named accounts while contributing to and coordinating the execution of the account plans, ensuring the accurate production of account plans, business case preparation, appropriate contract presentation, and the effective delivery of account plan activities.
·         Collect and communicate marketing requirements and competitive data, including pricing, feature needs, license models and value proposition strategies to product stakeholders.

Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject with 5-7 years’ experience in Sales role with a record of the high sales results in the company of a similar field preferred. Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization. Strong independent worker, able to maintain regular contact with sales teams and management from a distance. Knowledge of the ABB division product portfolio and the organization preferable. Good communication skills and flexible attitude towards local travel. · 5-8+ years of related experience
· Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline (Computer Science/Engineering / Electrical / IT related courses) OR the equivalent combination of education, technical training and work experience
