1.      Bedding: Pay a visit to Lagos Island or Oshodi where they sell bulk materials, pick good designs. There are standby tailors within the same market that can help with sewing. Package them neatly, you can start will less that 100k and diligently grow your money.

2.     Fashion Apparel Production: Like beddings, there are good fabric markets across the country where you can get quality, tasteful fabrics and professional tailors to help you produce beautiful clothings for both male and female. Aba and Lagos Island are the most popular fabric markets in Nigeria where you can get shirt materials ranging from about 1k per-yard sew for less than 2k; Sell for 5k-7k. The cost of producing one boxers can be like three hundred naira (#300),  all you need is to do is package it in 3s and sell them for 1about 2k sell or less. Start with selling to your friends and family. It sells out pretty fast.

7.     Snail Farming: Agriculture is big deal in Nigeria it is relatively cheap to start and if you market your products well, your business will thrive. This is a business you can start from your backyard. Most agric produce usually follow times and seasons. Snails take almost a year to mature so Patience is Key but it is worth the wait.

Most times you get part payment before cooking. So, this business is a low hanging fruit for any good cook and quite a cashcow.

11.  Digital Marketing: The success of any business is in its ability to effectively reach your target market and this is achieved by effective marketing. All you need for this business is a mobile device/ laptop and internet. Get some digital training to understand how to navigate social media for commercial purpose and you are set for business. Even adults who are writing professional exams would be interested in the service. Find a subject that you are very good at, begin to coach others and earn.

Internet Services: Do not be deceive by the vast network coverage and the fact that a lot of people can assess it on their phones, You can make so much money downloading Applications, forms and examination results for people. You only need a good computer, printer & Internet Service Provider (ISP). People pay good money for these services.


18.Snacks: Production of zobo, plantain chips, smoothies, cocktail, small chops, cupcakes and chinchin is a good example of profitable, fast moving business you can start with less than 100k. Find a place to learn how to make any of these (you can even learn so many), package your own differently i.e. make a combo, get branded packs etc. and you are ste to make money.

19. Wig Making: Braided wig is big deal  right now and you can cash in on it as long as you can braid (you can learn to braid). Buying a doll and wig making tools will does not cost much. You can produce a wig for as low as 5k and sell for as high as 15k depending on your skill and network.

20. Capital Re-Investing: You can re-invest your seed Capital in an existing business. Not everyone has the head for business but they can sniff opportunities.
